School Supply Service!

Is buying school supplies a frustrating hassle for you? Order your supplies for next year this spring and supplies will be delivered to your child’s room before the Open House on August 29, 2013. Fewer errands for you and a chance to support the PTA!

This is a new service that we are testing this year, at the request of parents. Participation is completely optional! For each order, $5 will go directly to the PTA to support our work for the 2013-2014 school year.  Orders must be placed by June 4, 2013. If you are interested, here are a few things you should know:

  • If possible, please order online.  Go to http://www.schoolsuppliesamericaonlineorders.com and click on Randolph Heights on the left side of the page.   Online ordering makes the process smoother!
  • If you are not able to order online, please complete the enclosed order form and return to your child’s teacher by June 4th with one of the methods of payment listed on the order form. Please note that checks should be made out to: School Supplies America.
  • If purchasing school supplies is a hardship for your family, scholarships are available. Please contact the school office at 651-293-8780.
  • If you would like to provide a scholarship for another family, please send cash or check made out to RHS PTA for the amount you would like to donate to school in an envelope marked “PTA school supply sale”. Thank you!
  • A few grades may have additional or optional items on their teachers’ supply lists that are not available through this service.  Watch for those items to be listed in a note from your child’s teacher before the end of the year.
