We need your budget ideas!

Budget conceptHelp shape our PTA budget for the new year! 

At our September 21 PTA meeting, we shared our year-end financial report. Now we need your ideas and suggestions for how to spend PTA resources to support our students, teachers and families this school year.

Keep in mind that budget suggestions should align with our PTA mission:

The PTA works to support the students, families, teachers, and staff of Randolph Heights Elementary School by:

Building our school community — through volunteering, social events, activities and ongoing projects, teams, and committees.

Providing information and facilitating communication between and among families, the school and the district.

Raising money to support learning opportunities in and out of the classroom, and helping our students and teachers with special initiatives.

Send your budget suggestions to info@rhs-pta.org by Wednesday, September 30.

The PTA Executive Board will then prepare a draft budget considering all suggestions that will be posted online by Monday, October 5. We will then vote to approve the budget at our October 12th PTA meeting.

At the October 12 PTA meeting, we will also vote on a proposed amendment to our bylaws to formally add a teacher representative to our PTA Executive Board.
